MARKET OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD
Market Operations Team Leads own their market and everything that comes with it, including (but not limited to): market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement and effectiveness and, of course, the market's ongoing success. Leadership skills are critical, as Team Leads develop and motivate large teams of dynamic individuals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment, 3+ years as a manager or team lead, Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
MARKET OPERATIONS MANAGER
Market Operations Managers (also known as MOMs) play a dynamic role. They need to be great communicators, brand ambassadors, and possess the know-how to get the job done. Leadership skills are critical, as MOMs provide the vision to develop their teams into highly organized units. Not unlike your traditional mom, they are part mentor, teacher, analyst, and sometimes counselor, in the “I will listen to your problems and not judge you” type of way.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution, At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees, Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RESOLUTION ADVOCATE
Customer Experience & Resolution Advocates are the voice of Carvana and spend the majority of the day on the phone assisting customers at various stages of their car buying journeys. Advocates celebrate with customers, empathize when things go wrong, resolve complex challenges when they arise, and create an amazing car buying experience for our customers.
This department takes a wide variety of calls, and each one is unique. Advocates are quickly trained and empowered to handle all different types of calls, including escalations. We anticipate issues, offer resolutions, and turn not-so-great experiences into unforgettable ones.
VERIFICATION ADVOCATE
Verification Advocates are responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle financing process, collecting documents necessary for purchase completion, while also protecting against data breaches and fraudulent activity. Auto loans can be confusing and complicated--our Verification Team simplifies the process and ensures our customers are set up for success. This is a phone-based position.

Sell to Carvana Advocates educate and assist customers throughout the process of selling their vehicle to Carvana. Registration Specialists are focused on the administrative aspect of registering our customers' vehicles. They are responsible for checking documents, scanning paperwork, and completing the process to ensure a smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to our customer. This is a back office role; there is no interaction with customers.

Our Managers lead 5-7 Team Leads, providing guidance, development, and inspiration across an organization of approximately 90-120 team members total. Managers drive production in our fast-paced customer service environment, while also identifying and implementing process improvements and area of efficiencies. We are looking for someone that thrives in coaching and developing people, has a growth mindset, and is accustomed to communicating key messages explaining the "WHY". The Registration Team Lead is focused on individual development and team success through constructive coaching and results-oriented motivation. Leading anywhere from 15-17 Specialists, the Team Lead is promoting a production-focused environment, addressing complex and sensitive registration paperwork issues, and actively looking for ways to improve and streamline processes. The Registration Manager is a strong people leader who has the ability to balance the short and long
term while thinking strategically and executing at a tactical level. We are looking for someone who is a
self-starter and collaborative leader, is passionate about coaching and developing, and has an interest in
the Carvana customer experience. They will drive results and work closely to mentor our team of
Registration Team Leads. This individual must be prepared to cultivate a highly successful and engaged
team of Registration Specialists through hands-on coaching and development, while also focusing on the
efficiency and effectiveness of our operation.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Must live within (or relocate to) the Phoenix, Arizona or Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area.
Location for training and working will be our Tempe headquarters near ASU or our new Atlanta Campus near Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. We are taking extra precautions, based on CDC guidance, to ensure the safety of our employees. We have supplemented our existing processes with further sanitization efforts, temperature checks, and a mandatory, face-covering/mask policy while at work.
