VIRTUAL CUSTOMER CARE ADVOCATE (FULL-TIME)
$16 Hourly | Working Remotely From Indiana, Iowa, or Nebraska
Our Virtual Customer Care Advocates are responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing process and collecting documents necessary for purchase completion, while also protecting against fraudulent activity. Auto loans can be complex and confusing - this rockstar team simplifies the process and ensures our customers are set up for success. This role is permanently remote, working from home. Must be based in Iowa, Indiana, or Nebraska.
HS Diploma/GED equivalent and stellar customer service experience. Work schedules will be 40 hours a week, including one weekend shift, and mandatory overtime during busy seasons. The role is 100% Remote/Work From Home. High Speed internet connection required. A tech package is shipped prior to start date and a monthly internet stipend is provided.
