Customer Experience | Verification | Registration
Customer Care is responsible for educating customers on who we are, what we do, and why Carvana is a better way to buy or sell a car. You may spend the majority of your day on the phone assisting customers at various stages of their customer journey, or focus on the administrative aspects of registration to ensure a smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to our customer.

Carvana partnered with the TV show Military Makeover with Montel to help out a Gold Star Widow after her husband was killed in action serving overseas, and their home was destroyed by Hurricane Michael.

Auto Technicians | Autobody and Paint | Inventory Associate
Be among the first people to lay hands on our new inventory. We are hiring all levels of Auotmotive Technicians, along with Body Technicians, Painters, and Preppers. You could also work in the car-detailing, inventory, or photobooth department as an Inventory Associate.

Customer Advocate | Lot Attendant 
Help Carvana spread car-buying and car-selling love to customers by representing us in our growing number of markets nationwide. You could serve as the face of our brand, delivering and/or picking up a car along with an amazing customer experience, or work with other hub employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

Vehicle Transport | Diesel Mechanics | Inventory Control
As a Vehicle Transporter, you will be moving cars between our production facilities and delivery hubs and make it home daily! You will coordinate with fellow Carvana employees to ensure safe and timely delivery of cars to our customers. You’ll work both independently and with a team to complete daily tasks while prioritizing the safety of yourself and others.

Recruiting | HR | Legal | Accounting | Finance | Brand

You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, focused specifically on top quality military talent and taking candidates from job application to job offer.
Requirements: 
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution. 4+ years of work experience in a full-cycle recruiting role. 1+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for military/veteran professionals. Experience with virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing) is required.

Engineering | Product | Analytics | IT
At Carvana we are passionate about delivering exceptional service to every customer, and that starts with the engineers, analysts, and product managers that make up our technical teams. For these teams, excellent functional knowledge and alignment with our Core Values is key!
Requirements: 
These roles usually require a quantitative Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in the role.

AMERICAN LEGION PARTNERSHIP

The American Legion has joined forces with Carvana and Chip Ganassi Racing to sponsor former seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, Jimmie Johnson, in his quest to take on the NTT INDYCAR Series. 

As a way to honor our veterans, we’ve created a custom livery for Jimmie’s car. It features over 140 user-submitted service patches from the CarVets and American Legion communities.
